Again NMG slower then a turtle. My tax directive has been approved Tuesday today is Friday the claim hasn't been sent for payment .
Voltex West Coast. Where do we begin here. Very I mean very *********** staff, especially the manager usually I know when I manager has a strong background in retail and this one by far is only a pickup along the way. I bought an invertor from Danzil in 2023 , i blew i did bring it back 2024 for warranty purposes as I collected it late 2024 it was a completely different device. I show the storeman who carried it to my vehicle at the time pick pre and post. Completely different. I try to explain and hopefully get my situation resolved from Anrich the "Branch Manager " he cant help every time I come there he runs to the office. This man clearly has no business etiquette. I stay 40+- km from Vredenburg to drive for this a couple of times was complete bull. I dont even know the guy but i can ensure you he have no papers to back that Branch Manager position. This happen almost a year yo date but I had to get it out here..
My withdrawal claim has been disinvested for about 2 weeks and never sent for tax directive. Brenda Chauke the fund administrator is to blame for this high level of incompetency. I blame also the WhatsApp support channel for bad communication as per WhatsApp support channel my claim has been in the tax queue. Since this morning I called and an lady said my claim is disinvested and never sent for tax. Bad bad service from NMG
