Great School
This online school has earned its position as number one. My daughters grade have increased and continue to increase as the days go by. I once mentioned that all she's missing is time out with classroom peers and Teneo has come through again. With organising Family Days for both the students and their family members to get to know one another through team building activities. It was great fun.

Ignored by Teneo
My daughter started last year, Gr11, and things were great. I even recommended Teneo to other. But unfortunately from first day of school 2026 they have had endless problems with classes. As a grade 12 student it is already a stressful time and on top of it all she has missed 4 out of 5 days last week and and today from this week. Today she was given 11 lessons which only came onto her zoom account after 2:30pm. Having done 1 lesson via email link and another on zoom but still 9 lessons behind. Last week I asked for technical team to atleast inform us parents on what is being done and why are they still pushing out lessons if they are having technical issues. No explanations except for 1 email just stating technical issues. No remedies, no assistance on how we get our children back on track again. Maybe now I will get an email with ways in which to help my daughter fall into place with the rest of her classes.

We keep getting sms's from them to pay for an account we did not incur as the account holder is the institute my daughter attended at the time. The institute has claimed responsibility but the messages keep coming with threat. Has anyone ever received a reply from them? Are they even legit?

When my husband worked in Saudi Arabia, our daughter Maryam returned to South Africa for high school. She began Grade 10 at an expensive private school, but when my husband was retrenched, we had to find a more affordable option. After searching both online and offline, by the grace of God, I was referred to Teneo. I instantly loved what Teneo offered, though Maryam was heartbroken to leave her old school. Two months later, she started embracing this new way of learning and was impressed by the quality of education. Having spent her whole life in international schools, that meant a lot. A few months on, she was on the Leader Board, earning A’s and B’s, and even achieved 100% in Visual Arts. As an extrovert, she never thought she could thrive studying alone, yet she did. Grade 11 has been wonderful, and we’re so grateful that Teneo will guide her through her final and most important year, Grade 12. Thank you, Teneo, for everything you do!

We moved back to South Africa from Saudi Arabia at the end of last year, and my daughter was to start Gr11. As a family, we decided it would be best to do online schooling and, after reading great reviews about Teneo, enrolled her. It was the best decision we ever made for her education. My daughter started in the 2nd term but has risen to the number 1 spot on the Leader Board and has been able to hold that position. I am so proud of her, and thanks to the dedicated teachers, she's excelling. Please bear in mind that my daughter is a very social being and has ADHD. Teneo is excellent.
