I transfered money to a credit card that's closed weeks ago, they asked me to produce proof that the transaction was done this was 3 weeks ago and I keep calling in with long quing time. I eventually reached them and they mentioned my refund was processed but to date nothing has come into my account.
I am not happy with the service offered by Vodacom at all, they called me to offer me a bundles deal and I told them the address to use when delivery, they still decided to deliver the order at my old address several times knowing theres no ways I could get it, eventually skynet took back the order to vodacom and I called them regarding it as they continued wanting a debit order for a product I did not receive, the dispute was logged but to date they still affecting my credit score and payment is appearing as missed. I need this account cleared!!!!!!
