I'm still disappointed with Takealot service, yesterday takealot returned the damaged stove to me despite me sending the pictures i took after unboxing. I didn't receive it as the delivery guy called while I was still at work
I am beyond disappointed with Takealot. I ordered last week and the order was supposed to be next day but I received the order the following week on the 10/11. Upon receiving the stove we unboxed it, i took pictures immediately as it was damaged, then after that I went and wrote on Takealot about the stove state. The sad part is that their review don't allow us to upload pictures which was gonna be easy for us to proof their bad service. The stove was collected on the 11/11, now I am told that they will return the broken stove back to me as I am the one who damaged it. How can I damage the stove within 2 hours of receiving it? How can I pay for the stove then damage it? I worked hard for that money. Takealot told me if I don't take the broken stove back, after certain time they will throw it away because they know they sold me junk. They are telling me that my R11 000 is gone down the drain. I need my money back. I am heart broken, currently I don't have a stove in my house, why would I break the new one?

How can the person on right mind do that breaking the stove within 2 hours of receiving it. I even have pictures that I took, even 1 knob came off. They are not even giving me the option of exchanging the stove if they fail to refund me. I switched the stove on, on the electric side, the top part was literally smoking as it burns and the top part turned brown within 2 hours I received it. So now they say they are returning the broken stove to me. What they are saying to me is that my R11 000 is down the drain, just like that? My heart is broken because we work hard for this money. Currently I don't have a stove in my house, I was looking forward to enjoy home cooked meal. I need a new stove as I paid for new stove
We bought a house via them. Within the week we were handed over the key, our electricity cable was ****** as we couldn't move in immediately as the house house don't come with tiles,cupboards. We reported immediately to valumax Soshanguve VV Office, we were sent from pillar to post, even now no one from valumax want to assist us with the cable, we don't have electricity 4 almost a month. Who is supposed to help us, because municipality do replace ****** cables. So the builder told me that we are on our own to replace the cable. My question is, is it advisable or wise yo buy a property via valumax? Your service is zero certifying, at this moment you don't deserve a star from me.
