You know today I called 1life to ask them if the can reverse a Premium which was deducted from my account, I spoke to a Manager Lerato, I told her I am unemployed and told your reinstatement agent that too,she said let's reinstate for October I was sceptical but she convinced me saying that she will follow up with me before the policy goes active, that didn't happen I am stress with trying to find a job, and I get someone to borrow me money, boom,debit order 1life everything I got, I call them and say that was for food for my children it wasn't for you guys, and I get thrown with policy's and procedure, since when has policy and procedure trumped the welfare of a client and impact his children so servely that his kids will go yet another night without food, I don't know anymore with these companies they will tell you but you agreed yes, but they ignore the fact you.told the agent numerous times you unemployed and that she convinced you and promised to follow up with you, I really didn't want to cancel my policy I just need that premium refunded, the death of clients will be on your hands and will policy and procedure help no will you care no, you made money off an unemployed man and left his children with even more hungry days and nights
I have never in my life dealt with a ruder receptionist in my life as Mpho if that i her real name, she put the phone down in my ear multiple times refused to transfer me to a Manager and this is for me getting my refund back, Imagine how the service is when you actually have a contract with these guys, i told the lady that i will re-look at doing the application but after this service i am getting and a rude receptionist who hires a rude receptionist i mean that's your shop window, first point of contact, i am seriously doubting on continuing with these people
