Proton SA - Warranty Claim unresolved I bought a Proton X70 Premium about a year ago in 2024, its a very nice vehicle to drive and spacious however the Poor service i received is appalling after I had a coolant leak and vehicle was taken in at Proton CMH Pmb branch where I had to wait for about a month for a radiator cap replacement. During that time there was no feedback or anything, I had to call every day to follow up. Imagine waiting for such a small component, how long will one wait for a major component failure like electronics.
I had a great conversation with Tembeka Mngomezulu as she explained thoroughly about my query and I was happy.
Good experience as they are quick to respond to query.
