Worst experience from a rental property management company! The staff managing URBAN RIDGE EAST is the worst! Very rude and they have very unorthodox ways of conducting business. How do you debit an account without approval or acknowledgement of a quotation? Then when you ask for proof there is none from their side. We had submitted so many maintenance reports none of which were attended to or acknowledged by the landlords then they double debit ********ly. This is enough now.
