Sani owes me my deposit money, however debited that amount from my account. I cannot find any number to address this matter. The only listed number is 011 2305000 I called this number 19 times without any assistance, without being referred to their "premium agent".
Monique at Cell C in Bayside Mall assisted with my upgrade. Most recently she really went the extra mile to assist me with a smile and friendliness. Upgrading is something I did not want to do, queuing, waiting etc. Yet to be served by someone so committed to customer service, makes the experience great!
Food *****s advertised a promotion. By collecting stickers one could one could buy pans at discount prices. After collecting two sets I have been to the store on three occasions to buy the pans. On each occasion I was informed that it is out of stock and I would have to come back again. This was at Sunningdale branch. On the third occasion I insisted to speak to the manager. She informed me that they will not get stock again. Yet they were still advertising and handing out stickers. She said that they were instructed by Head Office not to remove the promotion and to continue handing out stickers. This is false advertising and a blatant misleading of customers, even an enticement to buy more to collect sufficient stickers.
I was treated as royalty by TYRECE MOODLEY. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone whose love to SERVE the customer shone through.
