I am now 75% sure that my matter will be resolved after speaking to zoe khumalo whom made a follow-up on my case and explained the process to me and also appreciate her efforts. Lastly to erase-debt,pls give your customers feedback.

Poor service
I have almost five months signed with erasedebts and paid all the amount they requested,but even today haven't got any update or response from them and I regret signing with them

Debtmate is a ****
<div>I'm registered with debtmate on April 2025 and paid 7000 rands they requested and also submitted the documents. Now they are nowhere to be reached,i have sent them several emails with no response from them pls think otherwise before you fall on this trap.... rather consult with NCR</div>
