Benoni Licence Department disregards licence renewal appointment
Benoni Licence Department disregard licence renewal appointments I made an appointment for 8:40 on 29 April to renew my driving licence. The Benoni Licence Department only opened at 09:00 and I was told pensioners get preference which defeats the purpose of making an appointment via eNatis. I took off from work for the morning. In the end I only walked out before 14:00 and had to take a leave day. I have never had such a disappointing experience at either Kempton Park or Edenvale Traffic departments in the past. Benoni Licence Department was very disorganised and didn't even bother about people with appointments.0 replies
