Freezer Guarantee claim.
I bought a Goldair GFS-250 Upright freezer from them early last year. In November, we noticed excess frosting on the inside ceiling compartment of the freezer. I contacted them and explained the problem. Zonette from shopping4africa, went out of her way to help me with my claim. I now have a replacement freezer. Kudos to Shopping4africa and the companies Powercare and Nu world.

No problems with exchange of goods.
My Wife and I bought two basin taps from Builders Boksburg. On getting home, we realised that we bought the 3/4" instead of the 1/2" taps. W phoned the outlet and we were sent to our nearest Builders to do the swap. We exchanged the taps with no problems at all and the refund for our original purchase showed in our account within 2 days. Kudos to the staff at Builders.

Potato & leek instant soup
Spar has introduced "Instant Soups" to similar to cup a soup. Most of them are very nice. But, their Potato and Leak flavoured soup leaves a lot to be desired. It tastes like yesterday's cold chips (French fries) has been mashed and used for the potato part of the soup. The taste is so strong of stale chips, that I get no leek flavour. I will give that a miss in future.

Excellent service
<div>I received an email informing me of a ridiculous annual increase. I subsequently phoned the company and explained my dis-satisfaction. I was passed on to Dima Mokgonyana who listened to my complaint. She was extremely helpful and polite and sorted my account out in a minute. As an addendum, there was no waiting during the transfer.</div>
