Wish i could give 0 stars. I resigned from my previous employer almost 3 months ago. I filled in all the withdrawal forms. I followed up with Sanlam customer care and the response i got was they can’t tell me my claim status? I mean WHY NOT? It feels like i am being ******. I made a claim and also requested the rest be switched over to my new employer pension fund. It took me almost 2 weeks to finally get a hold of Sanlam. I used whatssapp and emails and not getting any response. I would seriously let employers reconsider Sanlam as their fund administrator. Customer care service is horrible. Their rule stipulates that withdraw will be finalise within 6 to 8 weeks. I am still waiting for my payout and once again have not received any feedback. I am honestly very upset.
I took back a product a while back due to it not fitting in my space. This required me to write down my cellphone number, for RETURNING TRANSACTIONS purposes. Now they keep calling me to open an account with them. This is a CLEAR violation of the POPIA act! They call me numerous times a day. I am now fed up. They are using my phone number for different reasons than it is intended for. I am utterly upset. I have asked them to remove my name, but still not! I DID NOT CONSENT.
We have repeatedly attempted to contact Lead Homes via email, whatsapp AND by phone calling, yet continues to go unanswered. Despite numerous follow-ups, we are consistently ignored, and the lack of communication is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, the information we have received from this agency has been misleading, leaving us feeling mismanaged and mistreated. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Lead Homes to anyone seeking reliable service. I am extremely upset by the lack of service!
