Spiteful
Im so tired of service related issues. First these people ignored my mails. Then when i decided to just cancel my order and ask for a refund, they took two weeks to refund me. Just to be spiteful. Great job guys. Id rather spend R1000 more at another store before i buy from you.

DO NOT TAKE OUT CONTRACTS WITH VODACOM
I cancelled an internet contract for which I had to pay a penalty. These people have the nerve to go and debit another amount on top of my penalty fee and then tell me it was outstanding. Dont trust vodacom for contracts. Youv'e been warned.

COLD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD SIGNAL
DO NOT USE VODACOM FOR INTERNET SERVICES. The signal is not great and when cancelling - i had to pay a cancellation fee which was fine. But these people refuse to send their banking details to make the payment. No personal interaction. Just cold emails sending back the documents you sent to them. Terrible service. And looking at their social media comments their reputation is getting worse by the day. Good luck to you lot. So glad i cancelled. Cant deal with unreliable signal AND terrible customer service on top of that.

VERY GOOD VET
Ive never had such an amazing Vet before. The doctor is always very friendly, helpful and informative in every situation. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
