I used Eezi Move to move from Cape Town to George and I was opted in to a share between Joburg, Cape Town and George. The service I received from the head office team was great and they resolved the concerns I had.
I requested a quote for a move from Cape Town to George. I received a quote for Cape Town to Cape Town. I then brought to their attention that I requested a move to George and they sent me another quote that had to then be corrected because they left R200 off the amount. It took me 3 weeks to actually get a final quote from them that they were willing to invoice. The company refused to give me a day for the move until 24 hours before the time (for both packing and moving) of which they gave me a time and refused to negotiate another time. They were then several hours late for the packing and several hours early for the moving. They also refused to give me a date for the delivery until 24 hours before the time of which I received about 14 hours notice and they just arrived at the destination without letting me know that they were there. I watched the movers get off the vehicle with most of them not wearing masks at all. An item was missing "Sound System" which they claimed was in one of the boxes. I have yet to find this and have considered it stolen by Eezi Move until I do find it. My good were damaged in transit. All my fish tanks were destroyed despite the boxes having the word "Glass Fishtank" written on it. I took the insurance option but Eezi move claims that they do not cover fish tanks or anything that cannot be proven to have been destroyed in transit (eventhough they did my packing as well). Annine Botes told me that "fish tanks tend to break". I then asked her to please take note of my emails which she then responded extremely sarcastically and aggressive (over the phone). I paid ~R6000 for this move. The damage of goods comes to around R3000 plus the stolen goods worth around R2000 comes to a total of R5000 loss on top of the R6000 that I had to pay, what I would consider criminals, to handle my move. I understand that I will never see that money again and that I would have to start my fish tank hobby from scratch now but if anything I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone considering either using Eezi Move or hiring Annine Botes. Both are poor choices.
I initially contacted a Lynn Douglas who insisted that I fill out a pre-credit check before looking at a house. After I told her that I wasn't interested in that she reluctantly agreed on letting me do a viewing (which she cancelled on the day due to the property being leased)<br> <br> I then contacted Justin Steven regarding a property that he was listed as the agent for in Dainfern. If you ever order a milkshake from Grate, it will take around 30-40 minutes to make. They think because they cater to a low class community they provide even lower class service. They always out of stock with or without specials and when speaking to the managers they have no regard for client service, and never a packer when u need one, so once again I went it in on Saturday the 28th Nov 2015 at about 3:30pm to pick up some salad stuff, no coleslaw mix AGAIN, I went and bought my stuff I realized I need pineapple, go over to the fruit and veg and I pick up pineapple R23.99 for 2 and 16.99 ea., clearly go take the 2's as its the cheaper option, then the lady at the weigh station tells me that \the special\"" is finish"
