Three time in 3 months that I have flown this airline it has been delayed. I would suggest that they changes their advertising about always being on time . It’s a pity that there are not many other options. At this rate i think driving is the better option.
I have been a customer of MTN for over 30years. Their service from then to now is really poor. I was due for an upgrade in January 2025 but waited for the new iPhone and was put on a waiting list. I get a call from the branch in Greenstone mall and told that I would not qualify for a contract of up to R700 including the device. I have never had a contract lower than R1000. Currently I pay R960 excluding the device. No feedback. I have written email to the customer services and called the call centre, I have now given up. I will not recommend them to anyone, my company phones have now all been moved to another service provider.
I have used them for a number of years and had no problems. August 2025 I changed front brake pads and they squeak no stop, my old set of pads were a 100 times better. I complained and never heard back from them. I called and sent WhatsApp messages no response. I then had my car serviced by them in October 2025. Now my oil level light keeps coming on. That was never the case before the service and the same story don’t return calls or respond to messages. I even called on Saturday and the guy that answered said he would get his manager to call, lo and behold I am still waiting.I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt before writing this review. Now I have had enough and in hindsight would not even recommend them to anyone.
