BIG DE*****STERS!!!! After 2 months of daily emails and disputes, Natrent fails to refund me my full deposit. We struggled for over a month to receive invoices for 'maintenance' cost breakdown. The Management and agents send various emails in refusing to resolve this matter and refuse to refund our full deposit. We reveived only 20% of the deposit. Damages we didn't cause, and they are aware of, we are being charged for. Natrent has done this to many other individuals, but we refuse to take the nonsense they claim, and we will be taking legal action.
Natrent is *****ulent as he'll. 2 months after we left a rental property, we are still not receiving our deposit with interest. We did everything by the book, and are charged for damages that already existed as per their inspection before we moved in. BS things like greasy stove, which we thoroughly cleaned twice before we left (which I found greasy and disgusting when we moved in), half painted walls, which was also a finding before we moved in. Then the audacity to ask me to play agent when viewings took place before we left. Natrent is the worst, and will be reported to the housing tribunal.
I will continue posting bad reviews until Discovery wakes up. None of my medical hospital claims have been paid, which means I am to pay costs of R20 000.00 out of my own unemployed pocket, but my premium is up to date. From.mid September to date I am waiting for a reply for the oncology program application. I was called regarding my Hello Peter review, but after multiple emails and phone calls, no reply. I have to chase drs for reports and forms on request from Discovery, because apparently they are incapable of doing their jobs. My Dr send his PMA 29 September, and I am still asked to speak to my Dr to resend the PMA. It's been almost a week since my first post here, and still no resolve to any of my concerns or queries. Discovery, what you promise the members is not what you deliver. Shame on you!!!
Frustrated and fed up with Discovery. Calling is a waste of time, the menu does not assist to get through to the correct department. Secondly, no feedback on applying for the oncology program after several requests for feedback, delaying my cancer treatment. Several phone calls and emails later, after 2 months of struggling and no feedback. Seriously always a problem when dealing with them
