On Monday 2026-03-16 at about 17:45 we went to Scottburgh KFC to buy dinner. Our order number was 1090 and we ordered a fully loaded meal and 10 hot wings. We received our food and went back to our holiday accomodation. My wife ate her mash and gravy and chips. She then put the burger and one piece of chicken in the fridge to eat the following day. On Tuesday 2026-03-17 she opened the box with the burger to find that there's no chicken (patty) on the burger. We send an e-mail to head office to inform them but up to now 2026-03-18 we didn't receive any response. The phone number of the KFC store where we bought the food is always engaged when we tried to call them. The overall service wasn't bad but if you prepare food make sure everything is there

Here we go again. It seems that the only way of communication with Old Mutual is via Hello Peter. Last month I experienced problems with my debit order. We tried to call the call centre without success. After a review on Hello Peter Old Mutual called us and we communicated telephonicaly and via e-mail. The debit order was forced through in the MIDDLE of the month and we asked that the debit order must go off on the last day of the month. This month the debit order again didn't go through. Again we called the call centre, hold on for more than 20 minutes without any assistance. People there's seriously something wrong within Old Mutual. This will be my method of communication every month now untill my issue is fixed. An e-mail will also find it's way to the top management.
Service, what service? I tried to call the call centre to ask assistance regarding my debit order that didn't go off. You just holding on and on and on and there is no answer. This is very frustrating knowing that years and years of paying policies can go down the drain. We even laid a formal complaint via e-mail but till now no one phoned me, one day later. Old mutual don't want your money and neither want to assist you. Just take your money to another company
