Usually, when you have to take your vehicle for repairs that must be done at no cost to you because of some fault, or in my case, a recall on the airbags, you dont get very good service. At most, you are treated as if they just want to get the job done, do the bare minimum, and get rid of you. This was not the case with Audi Centre Centurion. I was treated like a VIP, booking my car in was a breeze, and I was even offered transport to my home while they are busy with my car. I was kept up to date via whatsapp as to when my car will be ready for collection as well. When I picked up my car, it was washed, and I was walked to my car and handed the key, making sure I am satified. Thank you Audi Centre Centurion, you made my day.
Not the first time today that I try and call Godlwagen Wierdapark to get quotes on spares for my car, and not the first time I had to drive to the shop to do so, because they do not answer calls or their whatsapp service. I get there and its the same old lame excuse that they are short of staff, but Im the only client in the shop. Goldwagen, if youre not going to answer calls or whatsapps, do not make the option available, that way Im not waisting time and energy to try and contact you. Staff there not very friendly either.
