I soke to a lady by the name of Angelique Nair , who at first was very sweet and was trying to explain to me regarding my request and she was very nice to me and made sure she answered my questions very well. She then asked for documents and unfortunately because i also work where I'm most of the times on calls, so we had very limited communication which i had explained to her from the very beginning and she somewhat seemed to understand. Then on Monday she was calling me nonstop even passed business hours even calling me via a cellphone number till19h25 which i found very strange the call was to make sure that i do a scheduled EFT, i asked her why am i not allowed to make payments to their account her answers where because its company policy i was not given answers that i can understand as a customer . My last communication with this agent was not right , she was very rude to me chatting with me on WhatsApp telling me to go to another company that will accept manual EFT's , over the phone because calls are recorded she was very sweet a 10/10 but on her WhatsApp she became a totally rude person im not sure whether its because maybe their WhatsApp is not monitored i don't know, maybe she thought she was communicating with illiterate person i don't know , maybe because im a black person she thought that the telephone etiquette will only apply via voice calls in this case over the recorded line . As much a s i was the one that requested assistance from this company, i do not appreciate being looked down on by another individual just because i did not fully understand her reasons why she asked for a certain thing, i do not appreciate being treated like a person that does not know what they are doing , i may be black but my brain is not black , I went to school and common respect for others is something that i carry with me always. I hope and pray that 1 day she can respect others and regardless of color . and this is not the first time i have heard about her but i said to myself let me give her a try if only i knew from the others and actually listened i wouldn't be in this state of anger . MAYBE SHE WAS THOUGHT TO SPEAK TO BLACK PEOPLE IN A CERTAIN MANNER IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN GOODLUCK TO HER .
I phoned home choice this morning regarding an account enquiry that is paid up. They keep sending messages that I owe ,where as every single month without fail we have been paying over the installment amount. I phoned to enquire about and an agent by the name of NOMNIKELO was rude gave me so much attitude when i asked for her surname for my refence she said '' AS PER COMPANY POLICY SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT HER SURNAME" As shocked as i was with her answer i then asked to speak to a manager her reply was '' HER MANAGER IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE A CALL " and i asked again why is that she proceeded to say ''HER COMPANY POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW HER MANAGER TO TAKE A CALL''. I then asked her for the call reference so that i can make my own refence to , once again her reply was "HER COMPANY POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW HER TO GIVE OUT THE CALL REFERENCE". As i proceeded to ask a question she was so irate that i the customer is questioning her to a point whereby she had me on loud speaker so that everyone in her "company" can hear my frustration. I asked this girl to put me off loud speaker she did not listen to a point whereby the call went dead nobody was speaking she had me on mute ,i proceeded to be hold thinking she will come back and at exactly 16:39mins the call got cut which means she cut the call on me. I phoned again and an agent answered and you could here that she maybe new it was me again , she came on the call did not greet to give out her name and surname the line was so bad that i had to keep asking can you here me? I asked who i am speaking to she said a name that i could not make out as the line was bad then i said Rachel mind you i was not even sure if indeed that was what she said and she said yes, and i asked Rachel who ? She said ''I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE YOU MY SURNAME BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE " I then proceeded to tell her my name and surname and she still refused to introduce herself and she said '' SHE DOES NOT KNOW IF I AM A ******** OR NOT ASKING FOR HER FULLNAMES " I am in disbelief at the shocking experience i had while calling home choice simply asking for assistance. The experience i had was appalling and I'm disgusted by the attitude given by NOMNIKELO ( that's if it is her real name ). I need you to sort this out and stop sending me messages regarding a paid up account ,AND PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AS I AM REALLY GETING IRATE .
