I bought a s20 ultra on cash converters sunninghill online they said it in a good condition but I found it in a bad condition the fone hav a camera problems n they don't want to fix it or take it back

Nedbank money problems
I made a payment and they wrote paysharp I sended money the money didn't get in the same time n the money is not reversible I am stacked ivin them they say they won't reverse the money and now I'm stacked

Bad customer service
I bought a Samsung s22 ultra online at Cash converters victory park branch I payed 7200 with a paysharp nedbank and now they are delaying to give the item they say they didn't get the money but I did immediate payment and now I'm stressed. Please help
