I just want my money back, please!
I have always believed YuppieChef was a good brand, but this first purchase will be my last. I bought a kettle for my 80-year-old mother and on first use it made a loud bang and tripped the power. I returned it in December 2025 and it is now January 2026, yet I am still waiting for my refund. I only want my money back, please. Order number YCR186521.

Beware: Applying for a credit report for affordability without my consent!
I also received an sms out of the blue after saying that I gave consent for credit report for affordability reasons. This on the same day that I received a very ***** phone call that I ended as politely as I could. First of all I am as upset as other customers on this list on where this company got my personal information. I will also take it up with the NCR.

Quick and easy
My experience with Jaco Naude was excellent. This is the perfect example of a great customer experience. He was very kind and to the point which I liked and repeated anything I was not sure about. I am grateful that our pet is now insured with Dot Sure. Jaco was also so kind to wish us and our pet good health and to welcome us to the Dot Sure family.

un-"Reliable Store" - I regret buying from them. Don't waiste your time.
Reliable Store is not reliable at all. I bought a replacement keyboard from Reliable Store. This was sadly the first and now the last time I will buy anything from un-"Reliable Store". I placed my order on the 12th of January 2024. They indicated it would take 10- 20 Business days. Well at this stage I am still waiting for my order to come and it has been 55 business days on the 27th of March. I have been in contact with: Fumani Nkuna, Customer Service and Sales Consultant, Reliable Store I honestly feel for Fumani as I would not want to be in her shoes having to keep on telling customers that their orders are on their way when the reality is something different. Once I received a tracking number for Buffalo Courier it became clear to me that Reliable Store did not have the product I wanted in stock in South Africa. They only placed an order to a supplier in China for the item I wanted weeks later after my order was confirmed and paid. Order placed in South Africa 12-Jan-24 Order placed in China 26-Feb-24 Outbound from BUFFALO China warehouse 04-Mar-24 Receive in [ ZA WH] 13-Mar-24 I do believe that Reliable Store can import specific products they have on their website for cheaper than what a South African consumer can purchase directly from a Chinese supplier and ship the product to South Africa. But because Reliable Store is not honest about their business practice and processes they leave their customers waiting for products for months on end. Now I regret buying from Reliable Store and advise anyone else to think twice before you do. If there was a zero-star rating I would have given that.

Running Waters Spur - keep up the great service and excellent food
Had an amazing rump at Running Waters Spur that is part of the sizzling savers specials running at the moment. Vuyie, my waitress was not overbearing and service was perfect. The rump was amazing and tasted so nice. Really enjoyed my experience.

Vumatel poor network maintenance
Good day Peter My Fibre woes this year due to Vumatel poor network maintenance was shocking. After the WACS cables were fixed in February 2020, I still had intermittent Fibre connection. Query after query with the ISP resulted in Vumatel ticket: Intermittent Connection: -Did not fix the problem Ref: ISP-148337 This was logged 4 March Only a month later 9 April was this fixed Intermittent Access Fault: - Fixed At switchboard, Vumatel replace the SSP switch (or whichever switch) Ref: ISP-69912 So from end February until 9 April, I did not get the service in terms of the Internet Fibre connectivity I was paying for at no fault of the ISP, but Vumatel not maintaining their network.
