One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I walked into this water refill bar and was completely ignored from the moment I stepped inside. An older man likely the owner or manager.was too busy chatting with his friend to even acknowledge a paying customer. The girl behind the counter had her head down writing and didn’t bother to look up either. I still tried to buy a bottle of water, but when I asked the girl if I could pay there, she told me to go interrupt the man who was clearly more interested in his personal conversation than running a business. That was the last straw. I put the bottle down and walked out, and unbelievably, neither of them said a single word or made any attempt to fix the situation. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers, professionalism, or basic respect. They lost my business instantly, and I’m sure they’ll lose many more if this is how they operate. I was ready to become a long-term customer, but instead I’ve taken my money elsewhere and I strongly suggest others do the same.
We had our work year-end function at The Hussar Grill at Newmarket in Alberton, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited more than an hour just to receive our starters, and what was meant to be a simple three-course meal turned into a three-hour ordeal. When the food finally arrived, it was ice cold, tasteless, and served in very small portions. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality, this was unacceptable. The service was just as poor slow, disorganized, and nowhere near the standard one would expect. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will never return, whether for business or personal dining. Truly disappointing from start to finish.
