Dishonest and unhelpful.
If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I definitely would. The worst service I've ever experienced. They are refusing to refund me my money, almost R28k, they want me to wait 15 business days for my money. 3 weeks. It's been 2 weeks of going back and forth with them and the company that I bought stuff from. In the meantime my business is suffering and I'm running behind schedule, my client is giving me grief. This morning (11/11/25) they sent an email, lying saying they had processed my refund and my bank must release the funds. I called my bank and there was no pending payment from them. Their consultants are dismissive and flippant, acting as if they are doing me a favour by talking to me. I hope karma visits your company 1 of these days.

WORST SERVICE
The worst service I've ever come across. I ordered things online (they claimed to have the item in stock). Made a payment of almost R28 000. Only to get a call after a couple of days telling me they don't have stock and I must wait for 3 weeks. I asked for a refund, it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm being sent from pillar to post and made to jump through hoops to to get what is mine back. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.
