Warning: Please exercise caution when dealing with matters related to Unlimited. I previously had a very difficult experience where my account was handed over to their attorneys, and I was presented with evidence showing that I had confirmed an order and agreed to the prices. When they pursued me for non-payment, I initially re**** on comments from others, but I later discovered that I was in the wrong. As a result, I ended up paying a much higher amount, including additional costs. I strongly advise others to proceed carefully and verify all details before making any decisions.
Good day hope this email finds you well , i have deposited R900 to a broker called Octafx on the 31st of october , it only reflected the following monday and on that monday i managed to make profit and withdrew 116 USD till today i havent received it and i have sent multiple emails stating that the money has not reflected on my account , i have provided them with bank statements , correct banking deatils and also asked them how is it possible for them to send the money to the wrong account holder they have been telling me that they are investigating on the matter for a while now , bare in mind i have to contact their poor customer service everyday and tell them the same thing over and over again , they claim that the withdrawal was sent to the account that deposited the money and i have provided them with proof that their statement is false and that according to the terms and conditions that i have signed up for and by law octafx is prohibited from sending withdrawals to third party accounts , bare in mind i dont even have access to that account the money was sent too and i am not the holder of that account , they promised several times that they will give me feedback on the matter but they only send me automated emails which dont even give me a clear and concise perspective of the way foward , please help me deal with this matter seems like its an inside job ... withdrawal reference : W22095696
