Poor service... 8 have been paying for 7 years and my accounts are still not paid up. They promised that it would only be 5 years. Now they started to lapse on some of the payments. They don't pay everyone. So I am receiving calls again from my bank. Worst service ever. Never go with them they never call back. No one to follow up with... No communication but still take ythe full debit order every month.
I have been without internet for 3 days now. They don't respond to emails nor whatsapps. I phoned their offices several times, to be exact 12 times. Each time I'm told they will log a tech and it will be attended too soon. Soon has now been 3 days. The area I'm staying in is very low on signal so if we don't have wifi we are disconnected from the world. My mom is in hospital, I need to be available at all the times, and with Web Africa, taking their time in fixing this, I might miss an important phone call. I'm so disappointed, pathetic customer service. We pay for a service, but there is none. When it comes to payment you need to pay or no service.... But if you need assistance they don't care. I will surely not refer anyone Lidia
