The staff had gees
Such a wonderful experience at Landrover N1 by century city. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Awful experience
Automagic Helderburg is just plain rude and Head Office don’t give a thought about customer service and satisfaction. Their relationship and agreement that Dotsure can order the car parts is a ridiculous waste of time. My car was booked in on the 22 October, but apparently parts only arrived on the 11 November but all communications from Auto Magic were that the car would be ready on the 14th November. Thank you for yet again the most basic example of awful customer service, with no resolution or loan car offered in order to get myself to work and my children to school. The clear lack of resolution and blame shifting is so evident in all the emails and correspondence and no one actually cares about the customer.

Don’t use Dotsure Car Insurance - a horrific experience
A comprehensive car insurance policy holder and client for 15 years, with VIP membership and 7 years claim free. They have treated me like garbage - claim settled easily but parts and the panelbeater have taken 2 months to be delivered. Endless emails and calls - they give no reliable feedback or take accountability for delays. Please don’t waste your time with them, it will bring you endless frustration.
