Placed an order for blinds and installation at a fee of R1450 at the end of November 2025. Received the blinds, but never any communication around installation, that I ultimately ended up doing myself. Haven’t been able to get a hold of Decorland since the initial order was placed to request my refund.
The worst experience ever! If they aren’t found to be ************ and a reckless lender, I would be surprised and seriously disappointed in the lack of protection of our consumers rights.
