I have a serious problem with consumer friend regarding my truworths account. The account shows as closed and paid off but it's a struggle to get my paid up letter. They claim am owing R5 I wanted to pay and they say I don't have pay for it and when I attempt to pay account shows R0. 00 and closed. I don't understand what is the problem getting my paid up letter. Please intervene I don't have any more options
Communication is extremely poor from this company. I made full payment on 12 November 2025, i sent proof of payment so that the device can be open for good. But they never assisted me. device was locked up to now today 17 Novemebr 2025 with no update on my account, I had to pay again to get reconnected and i really don't know if they will refund me. It is so frustrating. I dont know what to do anymore.
