Temu Ripoff
Send different items to those advertised, then one helluva rigmarole to claim a refund, then refuse refund because you did not send the correct shipping label info. Then you re-send all the reclaim info and they refuse saying the correct item was shipped. This all took 2 1/2 months and I am stuck with items which I cannot use and had to then buy from a local supplier. The shipping procedure is not notified at time of order and you get at least 3 whatsapps, SMSs and emails from supposed shipping companies saying you owe them import duties or your parcel will not be delivered. Then months later you get an email from the next ****ster saying you owe them because your parcel weighed more than they first measured. YOU USE TEMU AT YOUR PERIL!
