05/02/2026, 07h15, I took my Suzuki Swift for it's first service and I was told it would take anything from 3hrs to 4hrs. After waiting for some time with no follow up call, at 13h00 I decided to go and check whether the vehicle is ready. I'm new to Suzuki, now with Toyota they usually call and do follow up calls on the progress of a vehicle. At first I was assisted by a very helpful gentleman up until a young lady showed and started addressing me like I was a child, another lady showed up and they started speaking over me instead of listening to what I was trying to say. With statements like "I said it's not ready because you never stated you're waiting for the car". Why would I wait for the car when I live a walking distance from the dealership. It sounded very ridiculous, I'm appalled by the attitude and conduct of the two ladies and I'm sure this does not align with the Suzuki brand.
Absolutely amazing and friendly staff at the Steers Wilgeheuwel, Sandile and the gents the collection with are always smiling and interacting with the customers. I made an error in my order and it was corrected in under 5 minutes. They always make my Wednesdays better. 10/10
