05/02/2026, 07h15, I took my Suzuki Swift for it's first service and I was told it would take anything from 3hrs to 4hrs. After waiting for some time with no follow up call, at 13h00 I decided to go and check whether the vehicle is ready. I'm new to Suzuki, now with Toyota they usually call and do follow up calls on the progress of a vehicle. At first I was assisted by a very helpful gentleman up until a young lady showed and started addressing me like I was a child, another lady showed up and they started speaking over me instead of listening to what I was trying to say. With statements like "I said it's not ready because you never stated you're waiting for the car". Why would I wait for the car when I live a walking distance from the dealership. It sounded very ridiculous, I'm appalled by the attitude and conduct of the two ladies and I'm sure this does not align with the Suzuki brand.

My car starting showing warning signs which I was not fami**** with, the car was bought new from Suzuki Clearwater and it was never been in a accident, however I’m told that the error were created by accident which I was never involved in a accident. After I told them that I was never involved in an accident, they advised that it might be because of dent, those dents happen the first month I received the car which was 8 months prior. . They say they won’t cover it as it was not manufacture erroe, it’s an accident, which I have never been in an accident

I recently bought a new Suzuki Fronx 1.5 GLX Automatic from Suzuki Clearwater. While the Sales person (Johannes) was good and I love the car, the last week has unfortunately soured my views of the whole experience. I strongly advise anyone from agreeing to pay any sort of holding fee to ensure the vehicle you want is kept for you, when the colour you like is the last one on their floor, and another buy is interested. If that is the case, rather go to another dealership which has your colour in stock. They tell you the fee will be reversed and refunded as soon as the deal is concluded and you take ownership of your car. However, that is not the case. I took ownership of my vehicle a week ago, and to-date there has still been no refund - just a series of new excuses each time I ask. The mere fact that I had to ask about the refund after several days, is just crazy. Perhaps hoping I would forget about it?

We received a quote of R3933.27 to service our car on Saturday the 8th of Feb, everything was confirmed and booked but when we took the car in on Saturdays the service advisor refused to do the service and said we must pay R6000 for the service as we where quoted incorrect. We dont have the name of the service advisor it was an Indian lady. Is this the type of service Suzuki runs for their clients giving them the run around, the fact that I have a written quote emailed to me and they refused to honor it, this is absolutely ridiculous, I want the manager to call me.

Staff not friendly and helpful, especially Jakes. My Jimny went in for a service and they fitted the wrong wipers, had to go back and inform them. Helpful guy that assitsed me on the day. Between myself and my husband we have had 3 intersactions with Jakes and he is extremely rude, impatient and not helpful at all. I hope I never have to deal with him again :( Thank you to the chap that was willing to assist my husband today to fit the new wipers.
