I logged a simple home-relocation request for my fiber line, and it has turned into an absolute nightmare. Webafrica keeps sending me from pillar to post, and no one seems capable of resolving anything. Between Webafrica and Openserve, I’m stuck playing middleman while each one insists the problem isn’t on their side. The chat “support” system is a joke. It takes ages to get a response, and every single day I’m forced to repeat the entire story to a new agent. Nothing gets escalated, nothing gets followed up, and nothing gets solved. I’ve never seen a service provider waste this much of a customer’s time. A basic relocation has been turned into a full-time job of chasing people who don’t communicate with each other and don’t take ownership of the problem. If you value your time, your sanity, or even the bare minimum level of competence, avoid Webafrica at all costs.
Your review of Frankie Fat Cake was removed on 10/11/2025. Explain yourself Hello Peter.. WHY ? If you’ve ever wondered what disappointment tastes like, Frankie Fat Cake serves it hot, limp, and deeply confused. Calling this “fish and chips” is a crime against both fish and potatoes. The “fish” looked like it had given up halfway through being one, then lost a bar fight with a deep fryer. The chips were limp, lifeless, and clearly waiting for a reason to exist. The smell hit me before the food did, imagine an oil drum reheated since 1997. My dog, who once ate a roll of toilet paper, sniffed it and walked away like he’d seen the devil. If Google allowed negative stars, I’d still need extra room for this disaster. Frankie Fat Cake should come with a warning sign: “Abandon all hope, ye who order here.” Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5
The Frankie Fat **** Experience If mediocrity were an art form, Frankie Fat Cake would be Picasso. I ordered fish and chips what I got looked like it had been fished out of a puddle behind the building. The “batter” had the texture of sadness, and the “fish” tasted like it had lost a custody battle with the grease trap. The chips? Limp, pale, and about as inspiring as a wet cardboard box. The oil was so old it probably remembers apartheid. Every bite tasted like it had been fried in broken dreams and reheated regret. I’ve had better meals at petrol station forecourts and they at least give you serviettes that don’t smell like fryer fumes. My dog, my actual dog who once ate a garden hose for fun, sniffed the fish and gave me a look that said, “You’ve changed.” Frankie Fat Cake isn’t just bad food. It’s an existential crisis wrapped in butcher paper. Eating there makes you question your life choices, your palate, and the concept of hope itself. Final verdict: If you’re considering eating here, save yourself the trauma lick the pavement outside instead. It’s fresher, cheaper, and probably has more flavor.

My Experience with Voluntary Debt Review: The Best and Worst Decision I've Ever Made Entering voluntary debt review was one of the most challenging decisions I’ve ever had to make, but it turned out to be both a blessing and a frustration. On one hand, it has been a lifeline for regaining control of my finances; on the other, the process itself was far from smooth. Why I Chose Debt Review I decided to go under debt review when my financial situation became unbearable. I was drowning in debt, and managing monthly repayments felt impossible. Voluntary debt review offered a way out—a structured path to becoming debt-free while still protecting my assets. The Positives One of the best things about being under debt review has been the sense of relief it brought. My debt counselor restructured my repayments into a single, manageable monthly amount, which made a huge difference. Knowing that my debts were being systematically addressed allowed me to sleep better at night and focus on rebuilding my financial stability. Getting out of debt and seeing the balance reduce over time has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve learned to budget better and live within my means, which are habits I’ll carry forward even after completing the process. The Negatives Unfortunately, the process wasn’t without its flaws. The biggest issue I faced was poor communication. There were times when I felt completely left in the dark about the status of my accounts or repayments. Getting updates from my debt counselor was frustratingly slow, and there were instances when I had to chase for answers repeatedly. This lack of communication made an already stressful situation even more challenging. I often felt like I was navigating the process alone, even though I had a service provider meant to guide me. My Takeaway Looking back, I have mixed feelings about the experience. Voluntary debt review was the right decision for my financial health—it’s helped me make real progress toward a debt-free life. However, the journey was far from smooth, and the lack of consistent communication was a major downside. Advice for Others If you’re considering debt review, I’d recommend doing your research thoroughly before choosing a service provider. Good communication is crucial, and having a supportive counselor can make all the difference. Also, be patient—it’s a long process, but the end goal of financial freedom is worth it. Conclusion Voluntary debt review has been both my best and worst decision. It saved me from financial ruin and set me on the path to freedom from debt, but it came with more stress than I expected due to poor communication. Despite the frustrations, I’m grateful to finally be on the road to financial independence, and I would cautiously recommend this route to others in similar situations.
The worst customer service experienced by many country miles.. An overnight delivery option paid by an overnight premium payment, I have yet to receive my parcel, Two follow ups on my behalf with zero attempt to contact the customer, you have zero respect for you paying customers. Your tracking system is out of date as you delivery services. What a disgrace. Will make every effort and go out of my way to NOT recommend you,
Very Bad Experience DO NOT deal with this company, They sell stock they do not have nor own, they are always busy and never return a call, I have send numerous emails and they just dont bother responding, My order was placed Ive been told the order is shipped and when I asked for tracking details the story changed and was told no stock, no one seems to know what is hapeneing. My advice, stay Away, do your business elsewhere story changed and was told no stock,
I have been triple billed in just two days for for R500 on an account of R979 owed WhatsApp support is poor, holding on the phone for 45 min and still no answer Webafrica and there support staff is incompetent, dont ever consider using them
I needed to replace both tyres on my bike, a quick phone call and at the right price I stopped @ Bikers Warehouse to replace both tyres ob my MT 07, I was told it would be about 45min to replace both, 1.5 hours later I am told another 20min there is two other bikes ahead of mine, another 45min later and still no luck. The two guys that came after me both were helped and off they went, I questioned this and was told they only had to replace one tyre and the tyres were also smaller.. I am literaly standing in the shoo and asking what the actual F**K Poor service just really poor service, I do not recommend bikerswareuouse to anyone.
