DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG AND DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN
I have been a client with MTN and as of lately just headache after headache. I took out a contract with MTN on a Samsung Z fold 3 less than 15 months ago. The device has been horrible to have OVER HEATS and a month back when I opened it up they was a black line in the middle and the right hand side of the screen did not work, if you thinking Samsung Flip series ******* DO NOT BUY IT, it a real pity Huawei does not use android. I took my phone to my network provider MTN for repairs after waiting 21 working days, I get a call form MTN to collect the device. I get there and I am now disappointed and upset to see that the person at Samsung who was working on my phone had not sealed the phone back up properly, as if I took it to a corner pakistani repair shop! bottom line: DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CELLPHONES, I only got my one because at the time Samsung was the only major Android cellphone look at Oppo or Xiaomi if you bent on Android software. Do not take out a contract with MTN besides this incident I have had other minor not so great encounters as of recently. Oh yes I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 21 WORKING DAYS for SAMSUNG to do what they should have done in the 1st place. 42 days without a phone that I am still paying for, first 21 days understandable but another 21 on a problem that either of these companies refuse to take accountability for get my device sorted ASAP is absolutely ludicrous.

DONT BUY A SAMSUNG OR TAKE OUT CONTRACT WITH MTN

The device has been horrible to have over heats and a month back when I opened it up they was a black line in the middle and the right hand side of the screen did not work, if you thinking Samsung Flip series ******* DO NOT BUY and if you thinking MTN LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER because the service has gone down hill so unfortunate. After I had waited 21 working days for my cellphone to be fixed, I get called to go collect my phone I get to the shop and I see that the person who was working on my phone had not sealed it up properly, I tell the consultant of my findings and they tell me that they will need to book it in for another 21 working days, which just really made me angry and disappointed because I am paying for this phone I am not using. I called Samsung and they say MTN is to blame when I call MTN repair centre they say Samsung is to blame. Just back and forth no accountability. Bottomline: MTN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE SAMSUNG REPAIR TEAM DOES NOT DO QUALITY REPAIRS

I called national Makro (very pleasant call) following up on my order I am then directed to call Makro Stubens Valley ( NOW THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW HOW TO NOT TREAT A CUSTOMER WELL, YOU AVOID GOING TO THE STORE BECAUSE OF THE sh _ t SERVICE,YOU GO ON-LINE STILL sh _ t SERVICE). I call, I hold for 30minutes! I am told that my order has not left the store, this is 5 days after Makro's 2-5 day delivery promise. On top of all this all inconvenience this, this scoundrel askes me to go in-store to pick up my order ( the audacity, after I paid for the service). The staff at this store feels like they doing you a favour, lack of service is ridiculous in-store and on-line.

Makro Strubens Valley
Everytime I order on line my orders come in 2. Last time I ordered they did the same nonsense however 5 days as per they promise for delivery passed inconveniencing me. I called Makro was on hold for 30 mins, finally got through I was told to go to the store to pick up the remainder ofy order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolute ****s **** this company and its employees.
Bullies these ****s no respect for people, the fish starts rotting from the head reviews about the owner are so accurate (Rude rude ****), staff are some arrogant ****ers who break the law on many occasions pointing guns at motorists when they have erected up probably illigal road blocks through out Edenvale . Do they even have permits for the road blocks they set up in Edenvale acting as the Metro.
