Staff not friendly and helpful, especially Jakes. My Jimny went in for a service and they fitted the wrong wipers, had to go back and inform them. Helpful guy that assitsed me on the day. Between myself and my husband we have had 3 intersactions with Jakes and he is extremely rude, impatient and not helpful at all. I hope I never have to deal with him again :( Thank you to the chap that was willing to assist my husband today to fit the new wipers.
Bought 4 garments online and one came with wrong size. Went to store to exchange and they were out of stock :( Store told me I can only get stock online. Ordered online and I got charged a delivery..... For something Woolworths got wrong in the first place :(: ( Very frustrated with this experience, so much for online shopping!!!
It is such a mission to cancel my fibre line contract that has 2 linked cell phone sim cards..... I've been trying since last week Tuesday and every day I get a different story :(:(:( They do not understand that I want to cancel the contract HOWEVER, I WANT TO PORT THE FIBRE AND THE 2 X CURRENCT NUMBERS I'M USING. THEY JUST CANNOT GET IT RIGHT!!!! I AM BEYOND EXPLAINING THE SAME THING TO A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY DAY. I DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE MY 2 X NUMBERS AND NOBODY GETS IT. AND ALSO WANT TO KEEP MY FIBRE PORT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER SP

I have applied for finance to BMW financial services and it's been a week and I have not had a good experience with them. It seems like they do not want my business as they keep on asking me for the same documents over and over and over. Do they even know what they are doing?
I've tried to change my surname with Edgars since I got married in June this year. Home affairs does not issue ID's during COVID hence not having a new ID as yet. Edgars point blank REFUSES to change my surname with my marriage certificate. This is seeing another customer leaving for sure!!!!! You are so rigid and inflexible in your approach. Applies no logic or understanding. :(
Horrible horrible service. Wanted to change my surname a month ago and still struggling. I've spent enough time and effort trying to beat your systems and red tape.
They go out of their way to make it difficult for you. Will NEVER do business with them again. They just lost a good credit standing customer
as I'm writing this review, I'm struggling with my internet connection. So I'm hoping I don't have to redo it. It has been 2 weeks now and Vox is chasing their own tail and cannot get my line right. Vox has let me down, and both me and my husband are looking at other more reliable and supportive SP's. We cannot work from home any longer without having interrupted down time EVERY DAY. Vox is unable to find the problem. Sorry, but if Vox can't help me to fix the problem in 2 weeks, they will never be able to help me. :( It's all just empty promises.
