King Price increased my premium by over R500 with out informing me or sending me any updates. When I called in last week on the 1st of November, I was given the run around and passed from person to person. Eventually got a senior advisor on the line that made hold on for 30mins who clearly didn’t know what he was doing, I dropped the call and phoned back, I was then out through to another senior advisor which says to me cause I claimed they increased my premium and then says to me oh last year I claimed as well. Last year I did a tyre claim which KP logged as an accident, and I have been fighting with them to remove this accident claim. The advisor says she needs to chat to claims dep and check if any invoices was paid etc and get back to me on the 2nd Nov, to date no one has called me back. They quick to take out money but clear their *********** staffs mess, disgusting service I will be moving away
PNP ASAP refusing to refund my my money for goods they did not deliver, charged me in full and did not deliver all the items and i called in 2 times for a refund, 2 weeks later i still await my refund.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance
I placed an order online from Clicks foe the past 2 months and there are items missing and till this day no one called me back, they charging us for the full amount and not delivering
I have contacted Rain on the 31st July and aksed them to down grade my account to the lower package, as online we dont have an option to downgrade, the lasy Leila from billing advised she will get support to down grade me and also get them to assist me to add my mew card for payment , this was never done, on the 1st of August they cut my service and ensisted i pay the amount for the full package, after msging them ovr 6 times to contact me or assist me till today no one has helped me, I will not pay Rain as their staff is incompetant and unhelpful and I will be cancelling my service with them, if they cant assist with this small query what will happen to tech support, absolutely dismal service.
I am waiting for one week for the senior advisor dealing with my policy to call me back to confimr the changes on my polic, in the event something goes wrong and we need to claim then they will come up with issue to pay, really King price? I am getting quotes and moving from you.
We received a quote of R3933.27 to service our car on Saturday the 8th of Feb, everything was confirmed and booked but when we took the car in on Saturdays the service advisor refused to do the service and said we must pay R6000 for the service as we where quoted incorrect. We dont have the name of the service advisor it was an Indian lady. Is this the type of service Suzuki runs for their clients giving them the run around, the fact that I have a written quote emailed to me and they refused to honor it, this is absolutely ridiculous, I want the manager to call me.
On the 24th Jan I made a purchase of R1065 from PNP ASAP, they packed and delivered my groceries and then only to realize they double billed me, when I called in to query it they first said they dont know why i was doodle billed and will check the bill and get back to me. After holding on for 20 minutes on the call the lady Alex confirms iv been double billed and they will refund me which takes 3 to 5 working days, we ended the call thinking all was sorted, I then get a call back in 3mins stating that oh i was billed extra cause of variable on the beef stirfry meat i purchased which was 1 pack @ 57.00, she goes on saying the variably weight came to R960 hence i was billed extra yet my order shows its one pack of meat to the value of R57, she goes on asking me to send proof I only have 1 pack of meat, they basically accused me of *****ing meat and asking for a refund, until i asked them to call the store and investigate via cameras who packed the order and scanned will know the truth, after calling back like 5 times for an answer I get told so sorry for the inconvenience caused they actioning my refund and will offer me a R150 voucher with no explanation still no voucher handed to me like it will compensate their mistake, when i called back the next morning to find out the reason for the extra bill they advised their scanner was faulty and they charged me for over 10 packs of meat, I am livid with the treatment and accusation from PNP staff and what ****es me off they take our money with out letting us know and we must wait 5 days for a refund, whose going to pay my debit orders when im short money cause pnp asap staff do not know what they doing?????? disgusting I am taking this matter to the consumer ombudsman.
I requested a quote to add on a new vehicle to my policy on the 7th of November, it took 3 agents and 2 senior advisors to eventually assist me and to get it all wrong, they eventually quote me and then its up my premium and when i asked why at first they did not know then they come back stating its a system error, I told the agent to please only add the new vehicle from the 16th of November, he guaranteed me the new car cover starts on the 16th Nov, this morning King Price charges me for cover from the 9th of November, i am so tired of King prices *********** staff, this senior advisor Tebogo Baird does not know what he is doing and it took a normal agent to find out the issue on their system. I am so livid with King price just taking more and more of my money and not delivering a good service, I am now moving to another insurance have all my cars , house hold cover building insurance with you people I am now moving my business cause you guys dent care about yr clients as long as you make money.
I purchased a mattress from them and within 6 months it started tearing, i returned the mattress and requested a refund at the end of July, to date no refund actioned, they take your money and refuse to refund you.
