To tell you the least I was so impressed with the staff members at toy kingdom centurion mall, what a warm and helpful service you guys gave us, we were having a rough day since we were so disappointed about the service we got at toy r us but you guys made our day, especially my son's day. He was so excited that he was able to get the mobile car we promised him three months back.. Today it's his birthday I'm sure he will be raving about his new car to his friends at crèche the whole day. Thank you so much for educating us on the points we get every time we buy at your store. To whom it may concern As I am writing this email I'm irate at the service I got at toy r us when we first got here we saw a mobile toy car that we like for our son's birthday and we did not have enough money for it so we asked for options that were available to us so they told us we can layby since we are not in a hurry for it so we did,they told us they have one in a other store of which they will get it for us,so we continued to pay for it and my husband was paying it bit-by-bit because he really loved it for his son. As promised he did. On the 11th November he paid it off and was excited that he was getting the car on 23rd, since the 24th is his sons birthday. Today when we got to the shop now all of a sudden the car is no longer there they started telling us stories that the car we laybyed was the one on display and that one is no longer charging, the managers that were on duty were unapologetic about what has conspired, their fast solution was to tell us we must top up and get a much expensive one, or just get our money back. How is all of this fair to 4 year old who even cried when we told him that he is not getting his new car that his parents promised him three months back that they will buy for him on his birthday. As I write this I am not happy about what happened and that a situation to this whole thing was to get us our money back. Without considering how we feel about this matter. I personally wouldn't recommend your store to any close friend of mine.
