Rain debited my money three times and they told me they said the matter was Bieng escalated and I’ll get my money within 7 days but still I haven’t received it and I need it

Skipper Bar Carlton centre poor service
On the 21st of December we went to Carlton Centre skipper bar just before they close the store, they let us in without even complaining about time but while we were still trying things and asked if we can fit but they refused us to fit and even to check if the shoes we brought. They were mean and some of them drunk, my partner went back to exchange since we were not happy but still they were hostile towards her and on that following day the manager was there but nothing happened to easy the situation
