So I went and bought a ****ies T-shirt at skipper bar Lebowakgomo mall@lebo and the shirt was a small size and they blatantly refused to exchange it. My money down the drain..terrible service !!

On the 21st of December we went to Carlton Centre skipper bar just before they close the store, they let us in without even complaining about time but while we were still trying things and asked if we can fit but they refused us to fit and even to check if the shoes we brought. They were mean and some of them drunk, my partner went back to exchange since we were not happy but still they were hostile towards her and on that following day the manager was there but nothing happened to easy the situation

I did lay-by on October around month end, and then this month when I had enough money to take it out ,only to find out that they have sold my clothes to someone.All this time I didn’t look somewhere for clothes because I knew I have lay-by at skipper bar only to get disappointed two days back . The customer service is very poor, I am very disappointed by the treatment I got

They refuse to refund my money for more than 4 days going there and they are so rude towards me telling me I should come back tomorrow always and I really need my money

I received a **** !! Adidas bag that lasted for 6 days , The logo and the writing already started to come off while I was getting ready for school, This is actually disappointing,I spent my last money on a stupid bag doesn't even do anything and the bag started *********** whilst the books were not even heavy , I'm never coming back ever again and the workers were really rude

I am an employee at transnet and also a customer at Skipper Bar at Carlton center, im highly disappointed and disgusting but the boys at the store with ***ual remarks and disturbing behavior it's uncomfortable. Please do make means to correct this or I will be forced to take it further .. This is an everyday things I'm not happy as well as woman around 😕

Hi there I would like to lay a complaint against your Skipper Bar, Paarl branch in Lady Grey street. I recently visited your branch in Paarl (10 Jan 2025) to purchase a pair of sneakers for my wife. When we entered the store the music was at such a loud level that it was impossible to communicate with the sales person. After he greeted (Shouted) us, my wife and I politely asked him to turn down the volume of the music so we could conversate with one another in a civilised manner. He then proceeded to pretend to go and turn down the music but returned with the music at the exact same level telling(Shouting at) us that he did turn the volume down. After arguing with us and we started looking at and selecting sneakers which we would like to purchase, he had a very obnoxious and rude attitude as if we were the ones in the wrong. We then rather decided to leave and visit one of your sister branches (Studio 88) across the street where I was treated with respect. I then decided to return to Skipper Bar to ask who the store manager was so I could lay a complaint, because of the way that we were treated. Approaching the first person standing at the door, and asking who the store manager was, he told me he was the manager. I then asked him for the contact details of your head office (email and phone number) so I could lay a complaint. He asked me about what and after I told him he said that it is not a valid complaint as he has the right and that it is your company policy to have the music at ear deafening levels. He then proceeded to give me a number which does not exist (011 474 2145) to call to lay the complaint and refused to give me your customer complaint email address. I feel this is unacceptable behaviour to treat customers with such utmost disrespect and have no regard towards your customers, as if we are dependent on them. I need action to be taken against the store, the management and the disrespectful arrogant staff. Also I would like proof of action taken mailed back to me for evidence. DETAILS: Sales person: CLAIDE Manager: About 1.75m tall coloured with full beard. VERY ARROGANT.
