They refuse to refund my money for more than 4 days going there and they are so rude towards me telling me I should come back tomorrow always and I really need my money

I have a very bad experience with snatcher I have paid for an order they didn't send me any order number when I inquire abouty order they telling me it is incomplete but yet they took my money and I am in need of those things I order I've been sending proof of payment since last week even today I haven't received any help from them

Bad experience we bought a gas heater which cost R2895 then we used it twice but we are not happy about then when we return it they are refusing to take it or refund our money back
