This company is by far the worst. They are so shameless that even this year after fighting and numerous complains they still ignore communication. Their connection just goes off and they don't assist when you ask for help. How are they still in business?What kind of arrogance and disrespect is this to customers?
The service at Burger King Maponya Mall is revolting to say the least.A simple smile and greeting wont kill the staff working there.All of them are grumpy and rude perhaps its the criteria to be employed there.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. 1.Constant unexplained outages 2.They never answer their landline 3.They dont respond to emails. 4.They take their own time to respond on whatsapp leaving you frustrated. We woke up to the wifi being connected without internet and since 9 o clock i sent out communication no response.When they eventually decided to respond they promised that a technician will call shortly its almost 1pm we still waiting. I am disgusted to say the least about their lack of urgency and bad customer service.They dont care about service or even communicating,as long as they have installed and are guaranteed of a payment monthend, providing customer service is the last thing on their mind.I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service I am utterly disappointed.
