Truly disappointing experience, where my surname was written twice on a ticket and I had to pay an additional R690 to get that updated just before boarding the plane.
The app is currently glitching. My online payments are not going through, and when I made card payments in-store, an amount was deducted twice. On top of that, close to R2000 has disappeared from my account that is not showing on transaction history. I even went to the FNB physical branch near me, and they said that they cannot assist since their system is offline and having a system glitch, and my bank balance keeps getting lower without me making any further transactions.
