I have been with Richfield 3 years, the company i work for paid for my studies from my first year to my last year, Last year i have received a quotation that had the registration amount and at the bottom it had the total amount, I assumed that the total included both the course fee and registration fee. Mind you, the quotation i have received always had the registration fee totalled with the course fee. This amount was shared with the company i work for, and the total amount was paid in full in the beginning of the year. at the end of last year my results was withheld by the finance department due to non payment of the registration fee. Now i do not know if i have graduated and the finance department states that i will not graduate unless the registration fee is paid. My Student administrator is no help, as the quotation was done by her incorrectly. Tell me if i am wrong. I work in finance, i ph a total amount, and what i have received is a form of false advertising, which is one of the modules i learned.
My family and I have had a very disappointing experience with Group 7 Realty, specifically with the agent, Naveshni. Although our lease agreement mentions a fee for extending the lease, the agent never contacted us at the end of the 12-month period to ask whether we were renewing or extending. A full year later, after we submitted proper notice, we were informed that a fee would be deducted from our deposit — something that had never been communicated upfront. We moved out on 30 September, yet the agent did not meet us on the day of handover. She only viewed the property two weeks later. For months, we had to repeatedly follow up just to get simple answers about our deposit. Each time, we were told to wait for contractors who only arrived around two months after we moved out. During this time, the communication from the agent was extremely unprofessional. She told us the house was left in a “disgusting” state, which we strongly disagree with. She was unnecessarily rude to my mother, repeatedly telling her she was “not listening”, instead of offering proper feedback or timelines. Even when asked politely for updates, the responses were dismissive, delayed, or attributed to personal issues, and we only received replies when we followed up again. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Group 7 Realty. I hope they improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients going forward.
