Paycity keeps on sending me notifications of an invalid traffic fine. I have on many occasions report them on hellopeter; however, they simply reply with a standardized message. They refuse to remove the fine from their system referring me to RTMC and Fines SA - the fines does not even reflect on their system.
Paycity are still sending me notifications of invalid fines. Numerous reports generated on hellopeter and emails to paycity. They simply can not resolve the issue. They will probably just respond with the normal standardized reply. Would like to take this matter to the highest level possible. Paycity refused on many occasions to get me in contact with their CEO.
Refer previous review dated 20 Dec 2025. Notice number: 0240460087262410. I have been contacted by payCity, however, issue not yet resolved. PayCity refuse to provide me with their CEO's contact details after many requests.

Still no feedback received from Telkom. On going problem. Previous case no 90549494. New case no 90701464. Worst service ever with LTE.
Worst experience ever. Without internet access for a day. Call centre informing me I gave to wait up to 72 hours to get my problem being attended to. Case number 90549494
