bad service
Today marks +-30days and there is still no refund. I urgently need the money to repurchase, which is now on hold. I am also dissapointed with their acredited merchant Chekich. PayJustNow support has been unhelpful and keeps redirecting me between themselves and the merchant, with no clear resolution or timeframe. very bad service I logged a return on the 31/10/2025 requested a refund because size was small till to date I havent received my refund I even bought another sneaker i have never experienced such a bad service not to lie their sneakers are good quality and they dont come cheap as well but their service is awfull!!!!!!!!!
