I'd like to commend the services of Oupa and Precious at your Kolonnade branch, they are so helpful and quiet good at reading people's needs. I visited the store twice this month to purchase gifts, and on both occasions they gave me quality service. From informing me about new stock to specials. Thank you.
Customer services at Coricraft Im writing this review to express my outrage and disgust at the appalling customer service i've received from Coricraft in Menlyn (Township ****a shops have treated me better). The lies, deception and disregard coupled with disrespect, i've been met with has been both shameful and unacceptable from such a brand. On the 15th of November 2025 i purchased a couch from your store, the salesperson promised delivery on the 1st of December. However, there was no communication and the couch never arrived. On the 3rd of December i called the store to enquire about the couch and thats when the lies began. First I was told the couch arrived and they would look for it. I gave the shop until Friday to deliver the couch or else i would require my money back so i can get a couch elsewhere. On Thursday the story changed, i was promised that iwould get the couch on the 23rd of December which was another lie because shipment only arrives at the warehouse on the 23rd and the delivery date would be the 26th of December which falls on a holiday and the next delivery date would be on the 2nd of January which again falls on a holiday. So I was never going to receive that couch this year. On Friday the 5th of December when it was clear i am not getting the couch, i requested for my money back. The manager asked for relevant documents and promised i would get my money back in 3 days. Cue to Tuesday the 9th of December, i called the store several times requesting to speak to the said manager so i can get clarification about the refund and that's when the disrespect began. The moment i got hold of the manager and informed him why i was calling he dropped the call, not once but twice. When i eventually got hold of him he informed me that he was busy with customers (clearly i dont count as a customer). The manager continued with his condescending lies regarding timelines for the refund (it changed to 3 - 7 days) with utter disrespect and ZERO acknowledgement of any fault from his side. This experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and i regret the day i made a purchase at this shop. Clearly customer service is not something this shop prides itself in. All I am asking for is for my full refund so i can get a couch that can be delivered to me this year from a company that values my business.
