I sent an email to the CEO (wanted to know for how long I will get a guarantee on the non-sticking coating) of big 5 cookware, but after 7 days still no respond.
On the first morning, we were served a breakfast we hadn't requested. We were given poached eggs with toast as hard as a rock. On the second morning, I asked how I would like my breakfast and was treated as if I'd asked for the plague. The owner does things her own way, ignoring the customers' wishes. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful spot.
We was so disappointed so that we wrote to the CEO, Robert Haarburger, but as you can see "Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopfe her" (means: the management is responsible for the work ethic), he did not respond to his customer. Ignore them, "we got enough customer". But the staff was still nice, they tried to make the best out of the situation.
