Misinformation.
Beware of Hyundai Lenesia's ********* sales practices I recently purchased a car from Hyundai Lenesia, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them. The sales team, led by Sales Manager Mr. Sphelele Mbatha and Sales Executive Carol, misled me into paying for a tracker installation without my consent. During negotiations, Mr. Mbatha mentioned a tracker package with a panic button for R2600, but never clarified it was just an installation fee. The tracking company will require monthly payments, for activation. When I tried to resolve the issue, the sales team became unresponsive, and the dealership's management is unreachable. Their lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. I've been left with an unactivated tracker, and my car's security is compromised. I'll be reporting this to MIOSA and taking further action. Do not trust Hyundai Lenesia with your business.Their sales practices are *********, and they'll take advantage of you.
