We bought a R85000 system from Dixon, we noticed from the start that the one Growatt inverter screen was faulty and brought it to his attention without him really paying attention. 2 Months later our Inverter system broke, they fetched it beginning December 2025 and we only got it back in March, 3 months later, still not working. Every time we approach Dixon he doesn't take responsibility for the fact that we bought the system from him, he keeps referring us to the supplier that sold it to him, by the way the supplier is useless, wasn't even trying to assist us. We have screens full off messages, pictures and attitude from Dixon without our system being replaced or fixed. On their WhatsApp and profile it says 10 year warranty and 24/7 support, NONE OF WHICH WE RECEIVED, just responsibility passed on to the next. 2 Month system broken and not fixed and 5 months later we sit with a faulty system. WORST EXPERIENCE, WORST COMPANY. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE, you will be very disapointed
This company has been stalking for weeks now, every time they send emails, messages and do calls saying my Wesbank account is in arrears, strange thing is that when I call Wesbank they tell me my account is perfect. This whole scenario has made me settle my Wesbank account and I have the settlement letter but still they harass me. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!
