We recently had our solar system installed by End Loadshedding on *14 February 2026*, and we are extremely impressed with the service we received from start to finish. From the beginning, their representative *Dixon* answered all our questions quickly and professionally, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The team provided prompt responses and the quotation process was very professional. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes we received. The installation was done efficiently and the workmanship was very neat and professional. The team worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was their reliability and the excellent after-sales service we received. They also supp**** the CoC for the installation, which gave us peace of mind that everything was done correctly and according to standards. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional solar installation company.

We bought a R85000 system from Dixon, we noticed from the start that the one Growatt inverter screen was faulty and brought it to his attention without him really paying attention. 2 Months later our Inverter system broke, they fetched it beginning December 2025 and we only got it back in March, 3 months later, still not working. Every time we approach Dixon he doesn't take responsibility for the fact that we bought the system from him, he keeps referring us to the supplier that sold it to him, by the way the supplier is useless, wasn't even trying to assist us. We have screens full off messages, pictures and attitude from Dixon without our system being replaced or fixed. On their WhatsApp and profile it says 10 year warranty and 24/7 support, NONE OF WHICH WE RECEIVED, just responsibility passed on to the next. 2 Month system broken and not fixed and 5 months later we sit with a faulty system. WORST EXPERIENCE, WORST COMPANY. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE, you will be very disapointed

We bought a R85000 system from Dixon, we noticed from the start that the one Growatt inverter screen was faulty and brought it to his attention without him really paying attention. 2 Months later our Inverter system broke, they fetched it beginning December 2025 and we only got it back in March, 3 months later, still not working. I installed a 12kw system with solar panels and a backup battery. Not only were they the most affordable out of 6 quotes (by a long shot) they offered exceptional service and did a very neat installation. Highly recommend!

I had a unit installed on 15 November 2025 after doing my due diligence and asking very specific questions about how the system would perform with my geysers. I was reassured multiple times that everything would work as expected, which is the only reason I went ahead with the installation. Less than 24 hours after installation, the problems started. The unit kept overloading or the battery would shut off completely. From that point on, I have had nothing but issues. I contacted Dixon on the Tuesday following installation, looking for support. Instead of assisting, he repeatedly cut my calls, ignored my messages, or left me on blue ticks. His behavior has been extremely rude and completely unprofessional. At one point I was told to bring in my own electrician — at my own cost — to disconnect the geyser because “the unit isn’t designed to run it,” despite being assured of the opposite before installation. Since then, I have tried every single day to reach Dixon for assistance. He either ignores me, refuses to pick up the phone, or ends the call immediately. This is from a company that advertises 24/7 after-sales service. That is absolutely not what I’ve experienced. By Sunday, my home had no power at all. I was completely ignored yet again. In the end, I had to switch the entire system off just to have some form of stability in the house. To protect myself, I brought in an independent auditor to evaluate the installation. The feedback I received was hair-raising — serious concerns around safety, installation quality, and compliance were raised. Even the electrician has tried to contact Dixon to discuss the workmanship, and he is also being ignored. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have spent additional money, been left without power, and received no support whatsoever after installation. Their behavior, customer service, and after-sales support are completely unacceptable. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, they do not stand behind their service promises, they do not offer the support they advertise, and their workmanship raises serious concerns.

They lucky that got one star Solar installation done by End Loadsheding installation done by Kalvin Dixon in Cape Town who markets and sells the systems for small time i stallers all over the country Please remember the consumer protection act , the fact that you gave me a *****ulent COC, typed out by your self Dixon in Cape town at 22H00 at night for me to pay ballance but that person on that COC has never been to my property to inspect the work and system i dont even think he exsists. The fact that when my guy put it on the next day like Kalvin instructed him to do it was not even an hour and it started to burn and melt, through out this whole system the wrong size wires have been used and gone from thick wire where we can see to thin wire hidden away, it is the worst workmanship i have ever seen, no earth at all on the entire system, no earth spikes at all were installed for this system not one, it is the most untidiest work i have ever seen no stickers no warning stickers it is just a shambles and 100% NOT COMPLAINT AT ALL, No qualified person will issue a COC for this system it is a total mess from front to9 back so please refund me my R100000.00 back with immediate payment and Kalvin and his team can come fetch all the equipment no problem you have 2 days to come back to me with an answer or please don't contact me again and your technicians must not bother coming back thanking you kindly End loadsheding

These guys installed a 12kw system at my house Piketberg on 26 May 2025. The best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Very professional and friendly. All my enquiries, even after 11 in the evening, gets answered immediately. They take customer service to the next level and no one can compete with their prices. They really go the extra mile to make the installation process as smooth as possible and assist with every question and request during the installation process. I can recommend End Loadshedding to everyone that considers installation a solar solution. There after sales service are very good. Thanks to Dixon and Jacob. Well done guys, you are an example to the rest of the businessess in SA.

End of Loadshedding is quick to come out to do the job. But you battle to get the COC eventually they only WhatsApp it. i still don't have the original. Still waiting since end of May for my Wi-Fi ****le from them. They don't respond to your email or WhatsApp's or telephone calls for problems.
