i ordered some short levers from them few months ago with the bike there, the ended up ordering incompatible levers, i took it in and the guy there told me he is going to keep it there and get me the correct right side as only the left fit, its been 2 months now, there mails jump back, there phones are of and there website is down saying 1 October (its 1 December now btw) i would like to get at least some of my money back so that i can get it somewhere else, please assist me in this matter.
So in June i moved to a new place, i called Telkom the week before i moved in to arrange adsl installation. everything seemed well after the call and i received a date for installation, the date came and went and when i called to check what was the hold up i found they booked the line but no installation. after like 30min on the phone with some uneducated person a date was booked (again) and yet again came and went, 2 weeks after that a technician came and finally installed the line, i then went ahead and opened my account with afrihost as my isp and received my account details same day. That they i got home, setup my router and found that it does not pickup any adsl. I called afrihost and they assured me that the problem is not there side, so the next day i called telkom again (60min later) and found that my line was in some pending status. eventually it got sorted and i tried getting the line migrated to Afrihost as Telkom as we all know are useless then to find out again that theres some pending order so i cant. so now i have 2 issues, I cant migrate my line and i haven't even received a bill from telkom since, i tried calling/ mailing yet no response. just dare cut my line.
